He spent his early time educating the developers, consultants, and even some of the personels within the State of California Water resources control Board to deal with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Over the years, RDC has been working hard to assure keeping the construction sites fine free from the county or state inspectors by applying proper Best Managment Practices (BMPs) available. RDC's goals have been focused on protecting clients & environments in order to have a better future for everyone. We provide Erosion Control drawings, Storm Water Pollution prevention Plans (SWPPP), Notice of Intent (NOI) permit, Notice of Termination (NOT) permits, & site inspections. We are committed to make sure everything is in place before, during, & after the grading of a land is started. 7 days of a week site monitoring & Inspection is done 100% during rainy season to control Stormwater and Erosion, Wetlands, endangered Species, Hazardous Waste, Air Pollution Control, & finally Construction and Demolition Debris.
